Who may apply
The applicant must fall within a category of financial-market participant listed in the published Membership Regulation.
An applicant that does not yet hold the required licence or registry entry may apply for candidate status under the Regulation.

Documents confirming the signatory’s authority
Certified copies of constituent documents
State registration certificate or an extract from the unified register of legal entities
Payment order confirming the admission fee, if the funds have not yet been credited to NAII’s account
Certified copies of applicable financial-market licences, where required
